Been busy ! While watching christmas lights (the movie with robson green in it)i had an idea for caves flf the plco taks so i got some made and put them in with the sand ,oh and before i forget thanks for the 1k + hits/views

The stands are built the fish are in there tanks, not the permenant ones but there down there , heres a quick vid to  see were were up to its not finished yet but its looking good , sorry about the shaky vid but theres a fault on the ring so i have no light so its just a few clip on lamps  but the turtles look happy to be back in a 4ft dont 

Ive not posted in a while because ive just been sooo busy with the cellar and my mock exams but over the week ive lostmfive platies :-[ due to a ph spike and one of my trial led sets have broke but the cellar has progressed pictures to follow tomorrow !!!

Well the storage part in the corridor has been painted, this is gonna hold the freezer and all my tools

The ro unit is here ! It's a 50 gallon per day unit and only cost £40 quid :=) ill post us setting it up soon and how well it preforms

The next few days may be a bit slow on the cellar front because my old mans working away but ill keep posting stuff abot the fish !! Heres some snaps of one of the holding tanks ,mits overstockee , grogey and the fish are mismatched but everyone seems fine @:D

FYI:i dont recomend tturtles with fish but i got lucky when i was much, much less experianced and knew no better so if it works then why fix it ? ;) any agression tho and ill seperate em

Hey im Alex, my hobby is tropical (freshwater) fish keeping, some of you may remember me from the fourms a while back but i stoped going on them so now i tend to do my own reaserch. I work at maidenhead aquatics on saturdays and this blog is to docuument the fish room me and my dad have been building in my cellar.we aim for it to to  self susidised by breding them....  so keep reading to see how it goes
